Most popular option β fast install, comes in multiple colors, replaceable panel by panel if anything gets damaged.
Metal skirting
More durable than vinyl, holds up better against weed-trimmer hits, and a cleaner look. Slight price premium.
Brick & masonry skirting
Best long-term option, raises the appraisal value, and is often required for FHA financing. We coordinate with masonry crews.
Vents & access doors
Every skirt we install includes proper foundation vents (code-required for South Texas humidity) and a sized access door for utilities.
