Repo mobile homes are repossessed manufactured homes that come off finance contracts the prior owner couldn't complete. Lenders take them back and sell them off in bulk at a discount. We buy the right ones, bring them to our 12621 US-181 S lot, do whatever the home needs (paint, flooring, appliances, plumbing, electrical), and put them back on the market refurbished.
The advantage to you: a repo mobile home from us is typically 30-50% under what a comparable model costs new. A two-year-old TRU single wide that retailed for $52,000 might be on our lot at $32,500 fully refurbished. Same floor plan, same year, same quality β just better price.
